For our Estate Planning clients, we routinely prepare wills, trusts of all degrees of complexity, medical & financial powers of attorney, directives to physicians, (living wills,) HIPAA Authorizations, designation of guardians and various other Estate Planning documents. We also make sure that these documents are properly executed and easily retrievable.
